Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

However, refund requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@youteshshop.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous or flammable items


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If a refund is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions listed above.


Refund Process
